Very bold twisted pattern blade. Forged from 1095 and 15n20 high carbon steel.

The handle is made from American Walnut, stabilized maple, topped with a polished copper bolster.

The wood in the handle has been stabilized meaning that the wood blocks (before they were carved into handles) were soaked in a resin for many days, then baked and cured. The resin dries like very hard plastic, making the wood substantially more durable and waterproof.
